Delivery takes between 5 and 10 working days- sometimes this can vary depending on the new stockists time frame, We will always advise as soon as we can if there is a delay.
For orders on new stock totalling less than £500 an additional £20 handling charge will be applied.
Delivery takes up to 5 working days for a pallet. For van deliveries the time frame is dependant on your postcode. Depending on where you live, it can be up to 7 working days, 10 working days or 12 working days. This will be advised on time of purchase in the checkout area.
These delivery times are given as a guide and delivery may be before, or in some cases slightly after these times. We always try to deliver your items as quickly as possible. For both van and pallet but particularly pallet delivery, please ensure you check the stock before signing for it as any discrepancies on condition or damage following the delivery will be hard to rectify.
When We Deliver
Deliveries can only be made during working hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm and we cannot always provide an exact date at the time of ordering. We can only deliver items within England, Wales and some areas in Scotland – please call for more information on 01202 258 112. If there are any issues we will contact you as soon as possible once your order is placed. Deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of your premises as per standard transport practices. If delivery is to another floor, an optional fee may apply. For any questions, please do not hesitate to call our sales staff on 01202 258 112
Deliveries are made to just outside the front door of your premises for pallet delivery or into the building on the ground floor for van delivery. The stock will arrive flat packed (unless stated otherwise), so able bodied men/women will be needed to unload the furniture into your building
Problems with deliveries
We use couriers for many of our items, and unfortunately damages can happen. If this is the case, please send us an email as soon as the item is received to TCOF@outlook.com or call 01202 258 112 and we will deal with this for you as a priority. If possible, please attach a photo of the damage to your email.
The delivery is an all day appointment, so someone will have to be at the delivery address between 8am and 5:30pm on the day of delivery. The pallet will be dropped at your front door, so able bodied men/women will be needed to unload the furniture into your building. It is down to you as the customer to dispose of the pallet(s) once the furniture has been unloaded.
The delivery date and time will be arranged as soon as possible after the order is placed. There will be a time slot in which the delivery driver will aim to arrive in. The time slot is not guaranteed, but the driver will get in touch if they are delayed for any reason. For health and safety purposes the driver won’t be able to take the stock up any flights of stairs, only to the ground floor level. If possible, the driver may be able to take the stock into the building but is not obligated to do so. Please note any failed deliveries due to the client not being there will incur a charge of 50% the invoice price.
